All our products are shipped directly from our dropshipping suppliers.
Delivery time: 14 days – 1 month, depending on the destination and international logistics.
Delays caused by shipping, customs, or dropshipping logistics are beyond our responsibility.
Easy and Secure Returns
We accept returns within 14 days – 1 month from the date the product is received.
Conditions: The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Returns of personalized or intimate products are not accepted (if applicable).

We will provide the address to send the product.
Return costs:
Customer decision → at customer’s expense
Defective or incorrect product → at our expense; we handle the refund with CJ Dropshipping if applicable
Fast Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, the same return conditions apply.
The customer pays for returning the original product; we will send the new product at no additional cost if applicable.
